Little Cloud is a small glider manufacturer from France. I have owned most of their wings and they are some of my favorite canopies. Currently they produce 5 different wings and all very unique. The Spiruline EZ, GT, Goose, the Gypsy, and the Bidual. Here in the USA there seems to be some confusion about these very unique wings.
It started with the Spiruline and that line was improved and 'split' into two different models, the EZ and GT. The character of the EZ is exactly that and very intuitive to handle with a low AR and a low EN B rating for the larger sized makes for piece of mind flying. They make this from 26m down to 7.5m but as with all wings as it is scaled the character changes a bit. The very small, 12-7.5m, are for advanced pilots.
The GT is a little more AR and a high EN B rating makes for a good glide and still very safe to fly. This glider is designed for the pilot wanting a little more glide than the EZ. It is made from 26m down to 18m and for the glide may be the simplest glider I have laid my hands on. Very confidence inspiring.
The Goose is in it's third version, but the first two versions seem to still have room in there.. The MK3 is made in sizes 25m down to 21.5m and is a very unique xc tool. Still relatively low AR of 5.5 makes this feel very solid over head. Then there is the very small versions of this wing for high wind soaring. The 16m is a MK 2 goose and the two smaller 13 and 10m versions are from the MK 1 design. These are very advanced canopies requiring a experienced pilot.
Every pilot to demo the Little Clouds have the BIGGEST smile on their face, so, being we are in Colorado; Parma-Grin.
